We make every effort to remain on schedule for each day. However, we are often faced with unforseen delays related to emergencies, etc. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible. Missed appointments may be assessed a call charge minimum.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or personal check (with a valid driver’s license), VISA, Masercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. BPVC reserves the right to discontinue service to anyone with an outstanding account balance. A $25 fee will be assessed to any returned checks.
